Effective 6 September 2026

Your work stays yours.

This policy explains what Postingloop stores, which providers receive it, and what happens when the service publishes to LinkedIn for you.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Supabase user ID, email address, name and profile image. We also store the answers you give during onboarding, your content preferences and the settings needed to run your posting schedule.

When you use Postingloop, we store generated decks and images, scheduled and published post records, LinkedIn post identifiers, and available post analytics such as impressions and follower growth. We do not ask for your LinkedIn password.

How we use it

We use your information to generate content in your voice, apply your brand, operate your schedule, publish the posts you have authorised, show performance information, process billing and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who receives data

We use these service providers to operate Postingloop:

  • OpenAI and Anthropic for content generation.
  • Zernio for connecting to LinkedIn and delivering posts.
  • Supabase for authentication, database hosting and file storage.
  • Dodo Payments for checkout, subscriptions and billing records.
  • PostHog for product analytics.

PostHog receives product events keyed to your Supabase user ID. We do not send PostHog your email, name or LinkedIn identifiers. Session replay and automatic capture are off on authenticated product pages by default.

Publishing on your behalf

Connecting LinkedIn authorises Postingloop to publish to the connected account. The normal service operates by exception: a generated post is available during a veto window, and it publishes automatically if you do not stop it. You can switch to approval-first mode so nothing publishes until you approve it.

The first post after payment is different. It publishes as soon as it is ready because your purchase asks Postingloop to generate and publish that post. Content held by a safety check does not publish automatically.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Closing your account disconnects the Zernio connection and stops or cancels scheduled posts where the delivery provider still permits cancellation.

We delete or de-identify your stored onboarding answers, unpublished decks, images and product records, subject to limited legal, billing, security and backup retention. Posts already published to LinkedIn remain on LinkedIn until you remove them there. LinkedIn and our service providers may retain information under their own policies.

Your choices

You can change your posting preferences, stop a post during its veto window, disconnect LinkedIn, cancel your subscription and request account deletion. You can also revoke Postingloop access from LinkedIn or Google. Revoking access may prevent the service from operating until you reconnect it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will provide notice through the service or by email.
