The deal, in plain language.

Postingloop generates, designs, schedules and publishes content to a LinkedIn account you connect. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.

You must have authority to connect the LinkedIn account and to publish from it. You are responsible for accurate account information, for protecting access to your Google and LinkedIn accounts, and for activity performed through your account.

Do not use Postingloop to impersonate another person, publish unlawful or misleading material, violate another person's rights, or interfere with the service. We may hold or refuse content that triggers a safety rule.

By connecting LinkedIn, you instruct Postingloop and Zernio to deliver posts to that account. In the default mode, you receive a veto window. A post publishes automatically when that window ends unless you stop it. Approval-first mode requires your approval before publication.

The first post after payment publishes as soon as it is ready because purchasing the plan is your instruction to generate and publish it. You remain responsible for content published under your name and can remove a published post on LinkedIn.

You keep ownership of your onboarding answers, brand materials and the posts and decks generated for your account. You give Postingloop a limited licence to host, process, adapt and transmit that material only as needed to provide and improve the service, keep it secure and meet legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the rights needed for anything you provide. Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorised to use.

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Dodo Payments processes payment. Taxes and the exact amount charged appear at checkout.

You may cancel future renewal. Cancellation stops new automated publishing when the paid period ends and disconnects delivery when access is revoked. Posts already published remain yours. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or the checkout terms state otherwise.

We work to keep the posting loop running, but generation, scheduling and delivery can fail or be delayed. LinkedIn, Zernio and other providers may change or suspend their services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every post will publish at an exact time.

Postingloop does not guarantee impressions, followers, leads, sales or any other business result. You should review the service's settings and use the veto or approval controls appropriate for your account.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access when needed to protect users or providers, respond to unlawful use, enforce these terms, or operate a service that a third-party platform still permits. Sections that must continue by their nature, including ownership, payment obligations and liability limits, survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postingloop is provided as available and without implied warranties. Postingloop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or changes made by LinkedIn or another provider. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows the latest version. We will give reasonable notice of a material change through the service or by email. Continuing to use the service after that change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
